Virtual cards
If a virtual card is compromised, no longer needed, incorrectly issued, or affected by a security issue, the customer may request blocking, closure, replacement, or reissue through the app or in-app support. Mon may also replace or block a virtual card for security, fraud prevention, issuer instruction, or compliance reasons. There is no postal return process for a virtual card.
Fees
For fees and related costs, see the Mon Fees & Limits page and applicable Mon Terms & Policies. Mon shows any customer-facing fee before confirmation where required.
Effect of replacement
Replacement may change card details, card number, expiry date, digital-wallet token, or security code. Merchants, subscriptions, digital wallets, and recurring payment arrangements may need to be updated by the customer. Some pending transactions, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, or authorisations may continue to be associated with the old card record.
