Visa cards are provided through the ConnectPay card programme, subject to eligibility and the applicable card terms.
Role of the EMI and issuer
ConnectPay provides the regulated electronic-money, payment-account and IBAN services available through Mon. Cards are provided through the ConnectPay card programme. The applicable card agreement identifies the card issuer and the responsibilities of each provider.
MonTech Group, UAB operates Mon and the MonCore technology platform, including the app experience and customer support. Customer funds are held and safeguarded by the regulated electronic-money provider, not by Mon or MonCore.
