What is Mon?

Mon is a personal finance app operated by MonTech Group, UAB and delivered on MonCore. It provides account access and Visa card functionality for eligible EEA customers where enabled.

How do currency balances and conversion work?

Mon supports balances in the currencies available to your account. Where currency conversion is enabled, you can exchange between supported balances after reviewing the rate, fee and amount to receive in the app.

Currency balances may share an IBAN. Use the account details and payment instructions shown for the relevant currency when receiving or sending money.

Who issues the card?

Visa cards are provided through the ConnectPay card programme, subject to eligibility and the applicable card terms. The card issuer and the terms applicable to your card are identified in the product-specific card agreement presented to you.

Who provides electronic money services?

ConnectPay UAB (company code 304696889) is an electronic money institution authorised and regulated by the Bank of Lithuania under licence No. 24.

How do I get support?

Use in-app support. Mon keeps support, evidence upload, authentication, and case audit history inside the app for customer protection.

How long does support take?

Mon aims to respond within 1 hour. Some cases require additional review and may take up to 24 hours for the first response.

Where can I use Mon?

Mon is available only to eligible customers in the European Economic Area, subject to verification, risk checks, issuer approval, and supported product configuration.

Account balances are electronic money issued by ConnectPay UAB and are not bank deposits. They are not covered by a deposit guarantee scheme. Funds are safeguarded by the issuer in accordance with applicable electronic-money law.

Mon supports balances and currency exchange in the currencies available to your account. Available services, exchange rates and applicable fees are shown in the app.
